Terms of service

Effective 2026-04-22.

1. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password safe. One account per person. Don't share credentials. If you're an admin, you're responsible for what people in your company do with the software.

2. Acceptable use

Don't: track people who haven't consented, use the software to break the law, reverse-engineer or scrape the service, or run load tests without asking. The desktop client is opt-in by design — please don't deploy it covertly.

3. Data ownership

You own your data. We host and process it for you. If you cancel, you can export everything before the account is deleted.

4. Availability

OtiumWork is provided on a best-effort basis. We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee any SLA on the current plan. Planned maintenance is announced in-app when possible.

5. Payment

Seat-based pricing is shown on your billing page. Cancel anytime; unused portions of a paid month are not refunded. Free trial has no payment until you explicitly subscribe.

6. AI features

AI classifications and recommendations are suggestions, not ground truth. Employees can and should correct them. Decisions about staffing, performance, or compensation should not be made purely from AI outputs.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the operator be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

If these terms change materially we'll email active admins 14 days before the change takes effect.
